Larry founded Axonal to help pharmaceutical commercial teams move from fragmented insights to durable, defensible decisions. He previously held leadership roles at Deloitte, Publicis Health, and Havas, advising global pharma organizations on launch strategy, commercialization, and transformation. Across those roles, he saw a consistent pattern: smart teams slowed down by systems that made decisions fragile, siloed, and hard to reuse. Axonal was built to change that. Larry is the author of the Launchcode series, which explores the agentic shift in pharmaceutical commercialization and the emergence of AI-native operating models for regulated industries.
